A club meeting has been arranged for Tuesday 19th January at the Racquet's club Lisburn commencing at 7:30pm. The main item on the agenda is the renewal of cycling licences for the new season. There has been a few changes regarding the costs and licence categories, all the relevant information can be found contained within the attached links. I have been informed that the on-line registration facility with Cycling Ireland is again having some functional difficulties, so it will be the clubs intention to manually complete and send all applications.
It would be appreciated if the majority of members attended this meeting to reduce the amount of batches of licences been sent throughout the year. This meeting in previous years has been well attended. If for any reason you can't attend, complete the relevant documentation along with a cheque made payable to Maryland Wheelers for the correct amount and give it to someone attending the meeting to pass onto Hamilton Topping the clubs incoming Treasurer. Lastly if those cycling competitively could work out what category they are going to be cycling in, it would be of a great help.
