Guy's Dromara CC have just released the dates and venues for their Winter Trailquest series 2011 / 2012. Orienteering on a bicycle is becoming more and more popular with every passing year. This type of event offers a good form of winter training and an opportunity to improve your bike handling skills due to some of the off road terrian that is used during most of the events. There is a competitive edge to it for some but the majority are there for the friendly banter and fun. I'll not make the first one but I do intend taking part in some of the series events. I know there has been some interest within the club regarding this years trailquest programme, I hope to see some of you there. Food will be available after all the events. Event locations have toilet facilities and Round 2 also has shower facilities.
